Information about buy/sell comodities

Howdy. A total n00b here. Is there a way to find out which system is buying and selling what? Is there some Encyclopaedia Galactica or anything?
Also, someone mentioned a wiki somewhere, but the only link I see is to the Wikipedia.org. Did it get removed or something?
