account problem : made a account and played the new perma server, made tons of misakes as im new to it all

decided to make a new account (which would delete the old account) so i can restart
it mentions that i already have a ccount there, so i tried to log on to my previous account and its not there

when you create two seperate accounts that is a breach of the rules of the game and you loose access to your old account.

if you wish to start over just simply create a new character on a new server. NO NOT CREATE AN ENTIRELY SEPERATE ACCOUNT.

the problem is that it clearly stats the old account would be deleated

it clearly hasnt

oh its not wrong when it says old accounts will be deleted. it never says when though.

it takes about 1 month for a character to be deleted provided that character has no tokens.

an actual account takes a year maybe less to finally delete but my guess is since you created a whole new account it is infact gone. but any characters it has attributed to it require a month to delete.

i suggest visiting a new server and waiting the month to learn the ropes then head back in a month to the server you want to play.

i have indeed started a new server, 2 infact

but now its blackout and the only one i can play is the one i cant play

Did you try uninstalling and deleting everything, then reinstalling the game?

uninstalled, cleaned registary, antivirus and everything else (it was time for antivirus)

re installed it, everything the same

Did you delete the folder that sge was saved to? If you did this I would assume you would be able to make a character in the galaxy with your new account name.

Well best bet would then be to PM Toonces or email him at support@starportgame.com and tell him exactly what the story is. Include first account name and 2nd account name. Don't be surprised if he doesn't get back to you before the server lockout is over. The only other alternative is to wait for the 36 days for the first character to delete.
