well, im playing an my brother want to start playing starport, so he will have to make an account.. will i get banned if he do that? lmk

If you and your brother both play you'll have to play SEPARATE galaxies or rebangs.

if you read the rule it says one account per person per galaxy. so if its 2 people with 2 seperate accounts i guess i dont see the problem.

While it's not technically against the rules, it triggers all automatic multi-detector systems and usually results in an account ban.
