Really Toonces?
Even our own corp-mates lasers one shot us.

Yep, killed on your own colony in PAX big bang, BUG report in the engineering forum
Note that not only does everyone seem to be really at 0 shields, NPCs are at 0 shields also, one shot takes down the NPC ...
And the NPC can one shot you too....
Just had an NPC become an Infamously famous Pirate .... lol
