Neat to be able to recognize so many names after not playing for so long

When I use Fraps, I don't lag very bad onscreen. But when I look at the product, the gameplay is extremely choppy and it skips lots of frames. Is there any way to fix this?

You know when you first start playing, it blocks out curse words until you turn it off?

You can use the same concept for the Ship Naming, except you can't turn it off.

I don't think he should be banned, I've played with drag before and he is legit
