Re: Just some questions....
Can u stack Cloak Artefact? Not exactly sure, but I believe so. Is there a limit to planet control? As in how many planets you can own? Only in terms of how many you can clean/defend. How often do artefacts spawn? I believe it varies from server to server, but you should be able to find one in 20 m...

[IDEA] Lose artifacts when dying
I know it wouldn't be popular, but it might promote a bit more commerce (spoken 'token purchases') if your arties get destroyed with your ship (or perhaps pod). It may give some newcomers another way to make cash/tokens by spending their fuel to go find good artifacts that they can sell to podded ve...

[IDEA] Right click on map to 'GO' to that spot
It would sure be nice to NOT have to click on the right hand bar 'GO TO' button every time I want to change where my auto pilot takes me. It looks like the right click doesn't currently have any function. I'd like to suggest that the right click be used to direct the auto pilot to fly to the spot sp...

Nice catch on updating the Starpedia. It used to say that you could only 'automatically' accumulate 5K warp fuel but that you could get a total up to 25K. I don't have the proof, but perhaps someone out there printed out the starpedia before this 'bug' was fixed. Basically, it comes down to a matter...

Patch 480 Bug- Energetic stars
When flying into a star, it seems that extra energy is being added to the impact causing an 'elastic like' bounce. The physics of this are WAY off. I understand this was probably an attempt to fix the 'sticky' stars... but I think a better solution would have been to roll back the previous changes t...

Patch 480 Bug- Shield status when entering biodome
When entering an owned biodome, the shield status flickers a bit and the shield total decrements by one then immediately returns to the correct value.

Patch 480 Bug- Nukes fly out of the System
In systems with the phantom NPCs (separate bug report), nukes that are fired will immediately turn towards the right side of the screen. If you're close to the right side, they'll fly entirely out of the system. It appears that they still 'hit' their intended targets and the targets that get hit see...

Patch 480 Bug- Grav Beam goes Berserk
In systems that have the phantom NPCs (separate bug report), a grav beam fired will display two lines clear across the screen in about 75% of an arc.

Patch 480 Bug- NPCs not in system
In many systems, the mini-map 'ships in system' panel shows NPCs that aren't actually in the system.

If the devs wanted do this on the most simple of levels for starters, how about allowing us to choose/change/buy any of the current list of secondary weapons for our ships. I think there would be a minimal of code needed to accomplish this (only the gui for the selection perhaps) and all the rules/l...

[IDEA] Link to planetary data from galaxy map
It would be nice to be able to get directly to the individual planetary data (as available by clicking on a planet in the Holdings list) from the Galaxy map. For example, by clicking on a star system in which I own planets, I would like to see a list of the planets that I own within that system. Cli...

Recent patches cause extreme lag in combat
I logged in last night (10/07) and found that one of the last two patches is causing extreme lag when in combat. It even happens if there are just a couple of ships fighting. When the weapons fire, the screen freezes and then suddenly updates several seconds later. I also see it (though minutely) wh...

I'm seeing something that looks to be related. I recently built a new dome on a planet after the dead dome aged off. There were mines already on the planet when I built (from the previous occupant). I couldn't pick up the mines, and they exploded when I flew over them. After a couple of days, it loo...

Patch 447 made it better, but it's not exactly fixed. I'm still seeing variable fields (aka read from db?) being blank. I see it mostly in the port markets where the percentages and prices are blank in both the left and right hand sides of the market window. If I close/open the dialog window several...

using the arrow keys to key up/down the list you may be able to get the lists to show up. Also, mousing around and clicking randomly in the item/player lists seems to make them (dis)appear randomly. In the galaxy map, you can still see what a port buys/sells. Once in the port, the name and price of ...

Actually, I don't think there was a patch installed, simply a bounce of the server. I didn't d/l a new patch when I logged back in (I know this b/c I have to allow the new .exe file trough my firewall after every patch). Though, I do agree something wasn't right. I dc'ed probably 30+ times after the...
