Wow. Not really sure how I ended up back here, but it's incredible to see all the responses this post gained, and to read through it all. Even now some little part of me misses it.

I just logged in for the first time in...well...a long time. I haven't actually played in ...maybe 4 years or so. Definitely one of my favorite games, but I no longer really have the time.

Is there anyone from that time period still around?

Haven't been on the game in probably 2 years now...I have a new computer that runs win 7, and I can't seem to get the game to play...getting error code 10057. I remember getting it in the past but I dont remember what it means...any help? EDIT: I remembered it would patch for ten years so i redownlo...

did his shields actually drop, or just the percentage? Could be something similar to that dueling bug (dunno if it was fixed or not...) where after a duel ended the players were often smoking on 0% shields, even though they had full shields.

i doubt Russia and china would form an alliance actually. unless we did something to really piss them off, i suspect that Russia would support European interests, and so be more friendly to the U.S.

well if you arent going to invade other colonies on a regular basis, it is going to be a tad difficult- basically, if you arent going to engage in piratical activities...you arent going to be a pirate. 2. stop token whoring
3. stop dieing
4. learn to invade so you dont spend so much on shields


if one of the above four dont solve your problem, stop giving away money.

any corp with a reasonable number of colonies has plenty of cash. if they cant afford mods, then they choose to spend it on something else.

Yeah there wasnt much hazing in my highschool while i was there. To be honest, i have never really seen much in the way of hazing at all...(im 18 and a freshman in college)
