noobie, I have caught many many people some pros and some noobs. It comes down to artifacts and the will to win. As for it being very hard to pk...well dont know what game your playing but I find it one of the easier aspects of the game. Nope, you're assuming arranged 1 vs 1 fights, in which case w...

Honnestly, anyone who knows the controls in this game can outrun 99% of vets without many problems. But, I guess that's jsut my opinion. Even if you're SO horrible at running and have horrible hand and eye coordination, you can still outrun literally 99% of vets by carrying around 4-8 lasers on you....

I got a good idea for artifacts...would make hunting them mroe fun anyways :P 1. Make aliens capable of dropping artifacts. It'd be the only way to get them, rather than finding them on random planets. 2. Each artifact can add from +1 to +3 bonuses to your character stats. Obviously, the +3 ones wou...

Yes, you'd do that in an arranged fight, but i'm talking about a noob simply trying to run for his life..they won't bother playing with photons first (assuming they know how to fire them )DarkLStrike wrote:fire photons and gravs first, noObie, dont spam nukes when they are at 100% if you want to kill them.

It's really sorta of impossible to PK someone in a 1 vs 1 unless they want to fight back...even if they are new players. Assuming you get 8 nukes into a player, which almost never happens, they'll most likely stil be left with 1-2k shields ATLEAST. Gravs take a while to kill you, and it's very diff...

mm, podwarp special on a 16k shields ship, with 24 nukes. that's a NASTY sliding ship right there. the podwarp means you can instantly leave any hostile colony for no fuel cost, and easily avoid any other danger you encounter in space. lol...pod isn't considered a ship (even by toonces, since you c...

Umm...emperors don't get enough benefits? Emperors: ISC pwns a Seth in almost any 1 vs 1 situation. Emperors get to sleep much cheaper in ports. Easier access to thier main ship, since all ports sell the ISC. No bounties, so they don't lose as much exp when they die. DO: You get to rob, which...

[IDEA] Tokens to Customize your Own Ship!
Well, jsut a thought: For 20k tokens (or more..or less), a person would be able to customize his own ship. However: 1) The player can only use parts of already existing ships. So, there would be no new parts available, but you can chose any primary, secondary, speed, turning, etc. of already existin...
