Won't fix everything but it'll stop warnings and stuff that appear as soon as you log in.

Well there's no way to prove from that screenshot that you're not just lagging... To prove it: 1. open start menu and click run (or windows key + r in vista) 2. type in 'cmd' without quotes and press enter 3.
