I live on the 12th floor of a building downtown. I'd fix myself some popcorn and settle in on the couch to watch the rest of humanity scuffle around on the streets.

I've been here since late 2004, under a different name. Quit in November of 2004 for almost a year, then came back as Roe.

I like the idea of artifacts losing power, but only in combination with the ability to carry more than 3 artifacts at the same time (but keeping only 3 in use). Let's say the cap is set to 5. You have 3 in use, degenerating, but have 2 intact on board to swap. Perhaps the cost of being able to carry...
